Natalie Morris

Natalie is a qualified Pilate’s instructor who has over 4 years teaching experience.

She has trained in mat, reformer and Cadillac Pilates with Polestar Pilates and has taken the Pilates diploma course with the centre of excellence. She has experience teaching all ages and ability levels and can offer one to one personalised sessions in mat, reformer or Cadillac.

Natalie started Pilates 20 years ago after she saw Russ Jenkins for sciatica and he recommended she start as a way to improve her whole body strength and posture. She said it has been the best thing she could have done for her body as the sciatica disappeared and her posture and core strength has greatly improved.

Pilates is about mind and body connection, being aware of how you move and feel and really allowing yourself to focus on you and your body for that session, before going back to everyday life.
